Maintenance

This project is a fully managed by a company responsible for all exterior needs including:
- Starting up, shutting down sprinkler systems as well as full maintenance
of sprinkler system.
- Snow removal of road, driveway, sidewalk, front porch as well as
sidewalk in the project.
- Lawn mowing and fertilization program
- Tree trimming once a year
- Fresh mulch put down each spring
