Q. Who pays for trash pickup
A. Trash removal is picked up weekly and provided by the Township and paid for out of your taxes.

Q. Can I plant my own flowers and trees?
A. This project is a fully managed by a property management company that takes care of all exterior needs but Management encourages you to plant flowers but only annuals.

Q. Are the kitchen appliances included?
A. They are not included but can be an optional add-on. We feature Maytag appliances.

Q. Is my pet welcome?
A. Yes, "indoor" pets are welcome.

Q. Are the condos wheelchair accessible?
A. This can be provided.

Q. I winter in Florida. May I sublet my condo while I'm away.
A. Yes.

Q. Do you plow my driveway during the winter?
A. Yes

Q. Can I park my boat/my RV in my driveway?
A. No, overnight parking of oversized vehicles is not allowed.

Q. Is my home insured?
A. House insurance coverage on the base unit INSIDE and OUTSIDE of your unit. All upgrades and contents are the responsibility of the co-owner to insure.
